About Lauren

Origionally from Westchester, New York, Lauren has always had a competitive nature.  From being apart of almost every sport from cheerleading, snowboarding, horsebackriding, track to building a career in sales, Lauren has always pushed herself to learn something new and excel.
From the beginning of Lauren's career,  she knew two things; number one that she wanted to help people and number two she wanted to do something she was passionate about.  Lauren has had 8 successful years in both individual performing sales roles as well as recruiting, training, and developing talent to be top performers throughout different regions within multiple different organizations.
Looking forward at the future, Lauren did not see herself climbing a corporate ladder.  She knew that one day her passion would spark an idea that would turn into a success story.  After being laid off due to COVID in March and spending most of quarantine focused on fitness, she woke up one day and decided that she would not only build herself in the fitness community, but help all of those people that don't know how to take the first step on their fitness journey.
Lauren is a tenured Cyclebar Indoor Cycling instructor & Sales Manager, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Currently pursuing her license to become a certified Nutrition Coach, her career in fitness is at the beginning of a journey worth taking!
"No matter what phase you are in the fitness process, there is always room to get better and be stronger, but fitness does not change us, it elevates us.  So we identify what defines you and we build on that!  We all have a success story and while we immediately think "weight loss" or "build muscle" this time instead we think living a lifestyle that you are happy and enjoy being simply just YOU!" - Lauren
