Where:  Wherever is most convenient for you!  Your house, my backyard, a park, a gym, virtually, whatever works for you!  Once you book your assessment, I will be sending you an email of further details on what to be prepared for!
How Long:  Expect to block off an hour to an hour and a half
What:  We will go through your background, medical history, goals ,and anything that will help you with your fitness journey!  From there, we will do a 15-20 minute session to identify muscle imbalances, flexibility, strength, endurance but most importantly get you moving for the day!
After we are done:  We will discuss next steps!
