Jump lunges (Side lunges OR Wide Inch worms)
Mountain Climbers (or bicycles)
Push-Ups (variations)
Squat to clean banded (or glute bridge)
Down dog to push-up hold
Squat jumps (or regular squats or single-leg glute bridge)
 
Finisher - Core on Fire - 30 seconds on 10 off - 2 rounds- 13 minutes
