Good for: Someone that works out on their own or is apart of a gym/group fitness facility & wants to supplement their workouts with strength training and individualized workout planning
What is individualized programming? Based on YOUR GOALS, I will provide day-by-day workouts and a guided plan to keep you moving and eating healthy on the days we are not together. PLUS, you have me as your resource! Not sure your form is correct on that push up? Send me a video! Need some motivation to get moving on that Sunday morning? Let's talk! Need a new protein powder recommendation? I've got you!
How long: 1 hour sessions
How often: We will meet EVERY OTHER WEEK (Twice per Month)
When: Once you purchase, you will receive a link to my schedule to book whatever day and time works best for you!
Where: Wherever is most convenient for you! Your house, my backyard, a park, a gym, virtually, whatever works best!
What: By this point, we have already discussed goals and expectations. PLUS, we will keep it interesting and fun each time while working on building flexibility, muscular endurance, stability, and more.
